Would you be surprised if I told you that there is not ONE best city
in Germany to buy used cars?  The market will be greater in larger
cities.  There may be a better market for used cars of a certain brand
near where they are produced, since employees get discounts:  BMW,
Munich; Mercedes, Stuttgart; Audi, Ingolstadt; Ford, Cologne; Opel,
Frankfurt.
