I'm looking for a utility that is compatible with Windows XP and
forces the immediate spin down of an EIDE hard drive (specifically, a
Western Digital drive) on the system.  It doesn't matter if the
utility has other features -- as long as it can do that, it satisfies
my needs.  A freeware/shareware solution would be preferred, but
commercial software would also be OK.  A link to a downloadable binary
(if available as shareware/freeware) or a link to the company's
website (if commercial software) should be included in your answer.
