I have a Marlin Model 42 shotgun of my grandads. My brother and I are wondering about insuring some of his old things. This shot gun have the # 89... on the tang. it has 1908-1909 patent pending. This gun is in prestine condition, the wood was redone in 1980? It still shoots and has been very well takin care of. I would like to get a ballpark value on this if possible. Thanks, Sheri |
