We have created a website to act as a communication and help point for
people with terminal illnesses. We are going to set up a message board
but we also want to create a feature where anyone who wants to can
create their own blog and upload it to their own personal blogsite on
our website. All I can find on creating blogs is to do it personally
for one person. Sort of like one of the blog sites that are central
points for blogs, we want to allow people to upload them to eg.
www.oursite.com/Person1sBlog

You can install Wordpress Multi-User which is very good, free blogging
software. You can find out more information http://mu.wordpress.org/.
