Dear agausling,
Evidence suggests that Gelora Elektroluks is a scam, for the following reasons:
- In the official Indonesian database of registered companies [1], no
company of that name is listed.
- The address they pretend to be located at is fake. While there is a
Sudirman street in Medan, the correct postal code of Jl. Sudirman
23-25 is 20153 - not 20324, as the company profile tries to make use
believe.
- They pretend to exist since the year 2000; yet the only marks they
have left in their alleged 6 years in business are a couple of entries
at business-to-business marketplace websites where anyone can post
offers without being checked for being a legit company at all. There
are no whatsoever other traces, which is most unbelievable for a
company that claims to be in business for several years already. It is
appropriate to assume that Gelora Elektroluks is a scam created only
recently.
Therefore, I recommend avoid any contact with them.

I recommend that you upload the image files at Imageshack (which is a
free service) and then post the links here, so I can have a look at
the documents:

Dear agausling,
Thank you for the scans. I have examined the documents, and it is my
opinion that they are fakes. Though I do not know what authentic
Indonesian documents look like, several things about those scans
arouse my suspicion:
- The entries on the dotted lines etc. appear as if they had all been
inserted with exactly the same printer. I don't believe that this
would be realistic for four different agencies over an alleged time
span of six years. Actually, I do not even believe that the entries
have really been made on the documents because of another observation
I made:
- Three of the documents were scanned not exactly aligned
horizontally; there is a slight angle. However, the entries made on
those documents are absolutely perfectly aligned horizontally.
Therefore, I think that the documents were scanned without those
entries, which had been inserted later using computer graphics
software.
- That conclusion is supported by the observation that on those
documents, the entries look less fuzzy and blurred than the
pre-printed parts.
- Finally, the company address includes the definitely impossible and
thus fake postal code in two of the documents.
After examining the document scans, it is my opinion that most likely
scans of actual documents have been manipulated.
