I have been married to an American guy 2 months ago (in Maryland). My
husband is a student and his graduation is in May. I have university
in Istanbul, Turkey. That's why we are apart now (he is in the USA, I
am in Turkey). After May we are going to live in Turkey for 3 years
because of my school and end of this 3 years we are going to move to
US. So I went to immigration office in Baltimore and I was told there
that I cannot apply for an immigrant visa right now. I was also told
that I could get turist visa whenever I want to visit my husband now I
have to visit my husband. I applied for a non immigrant visa in order
to visit him. My application has been refused because they thought I
was going to immigrate. But really all I want to do is visiting my
husband just for one week. I cannot stay longer because I have
university here. He cannot leave the USA because of his final exams.
So, what kind of visa should I apply for? What papers should I show
them to make them believe me?

Is your husband a permanant resident card holder or a US citizen?
