Question ID: 712166
I had successfully purchased a domain name of the format WWW.Y.YY
(replace Y's with differing, ASCII, non-ISDN characters). However,
I'm having lots of trouble finding hosts that will DNS transfer my
domain and provide hosting (I don't need nor want registrar services).
Unfortunately, netfirms, mydomain, 1and1, all have not implemented
support for domains w/fewer than 3 characters. Where can I turn for
reasonable hosting? (Obviously, if necessary, I could do it myself
w/my own server, etc, so a offer from some random person for really
expensive hosting from a unreputable organization doesn't help me).
At the same time, I am willing to pay a premium, insofar as supply and
demand hold and there seems to be little supply...

You'll need to host it yourself.
x.org does it that way.
