What should a college student, with some experience, be paid as a
summer intern?  I am run a small software development company that
would hire this student for a few months for approximately 3 days a
week.  We work in game development; the student knows some of the
pertinent 3D design programs, but would gain training during his work
with us.

Minimum wage plus 1 buck an hour and if it turns out he is good at
what he does you can increase it
