I wonder if anyone can give me some information on the new wave of
bank sites - probably to stop phising. I use roboforms and in the past
was very happily going to the site in IE and then putting in userid
and pswd and away I went. You could see the address of the page on the
bottom of roboforms where it picked it up. But nowadays you have to go
to the general bank site first, then click on office banking or
whatever - and a funny screen comes up. By funny I mean there is no
address shown and it covers the whole of the desktop(screen). There is
no way I can use roboforms on this because it cannot get the address
of the page. Why have they done this sort of thing - is it to stop
people using passcards and what it the screen - is it a flash screen
which does not use IE or what. Seems to me that things are going to go
more and more like this and I would be pleased to get any advice that
writers can give me on this subject
