looking for loan for a house. title is clean but has been quick claimed in last 30 days. most banks lenders are requireing a 12 month clean chain of title. looking for someone that will accept loan without! |

there are fewer and fewer lenders that will accept less than 12 months on title especially with it being a quick claim deed. I would suggest you call a broker with in your state that has access to 20+ lenders and pose the question to them. I have had a company do a loan for one of my clients that was only on title for 5 months (finance america, has to be done through a broker. The reason for this is that most lenders are afraid to be invovled in a "flip" because there has been alot of fraud associated with this type of transaction. |
