My Tungsten C has been hotsyncing for years w/o problems. Not I can't
get it to Sync the contacts. Any suggestions?

1. Correct, everything else seems to be working, just the problem with contacts.
2. I use the single USB Palm Sync Charge Cable.
3.  No, I am not getting any error messages, it looks like it is
hotsyncing, but                      the information doesn't transfer
in either direction.

1.Just can not get the contacts? other thing like memo is OK?
2.Which sync line you use? the USB sync cable with AC adapter or use
the single USB Palm Sync Charge Cable?
3.When you connect the Tungsten C, does the computer show any drivers
error, like "new hardware found, but can not find the driver"?
