where can i buy one

what i mean by automated wake up call is a machine i can program to
call specific numbers on specific times and where i can buy such a
machine

The machine is called 'automatic dialer' - 

it is a computer with special software and acoustical modem(s)

It is amportant to know that their use can be illegal in some states
if used to make 'junk' calls that is all unsolicited calls

It would help to know precisely what you mean by "automated wake up
calls." Are you a hotel owner wanting a device to call patrons' rooms?
