I doubt that anyone can make useful suggestions without knowing
something about your background and academic credentials, and about
the way that this "new formula" is presented. Such a thing might be
suitable for "Fortean Times." It might be suitable for "Scientific
American." It might be suitable for "Weekly World News." Depends on
the particulars of the case.
