I'd like to see a couple of estimates for the market size of the US
mail order / telephone order volume. Specific attributes of the
request:

* I'd like to see a couple of different estimates, preferably from
sources that seem reasonably credible.
* I'd prefer to not have to pay for a research report...or if I do
have to pay, I'd prefer to pay less than $100
* The specific numbers I'm looking for are the total mail / phone /web
market in the U.S., and, ideally, with each of the three segments
broken out. I'm most interested in the breakout between web and
non-web.
* I'm focused on consumers ordering from catalogs and websites...not
B2B sales...though if those happen to be "thrown in" to the numbers
(e.g. small business purchases) I'm fine with including those
purchases in the overall number.
