The part that Jamie Foxx sings in "Gold Digger" is based on "I Got A
Woman" by Ray Charles.

MTV.com
Road To The Grammys: The Making Of Kanye West's 'Gold Digger'
http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1522995/20060201/west_kanye.jhtml
"The idea to make Jamie Foxx a part of "Gold Digger," which had
initially used a sample of Ray Charles' "I Got a Woman," came after
West went to see "Ray" with his friend John Mayer."

You can hear a clip of "I Got a Woman" by Ray Charles at the following link:

Although I like Kanye West and Jamie Foxx, I must say, I prefer the original.

"Touch the sky" uses the sample by Curtis mayfield "Move on up"
and Drive slow also uses a sample but I'm not sure what, a friend
pointed it out to me while we listening to it, and Tupac also used the
sample in a song called
"Shorty wanna be a thug"
