CHeck out this site. It does not seem to have Cape Elizabeth, but with information between Portland and Old Orchard Beach you should be able to interpolate the tides at Cape Elizabeth. http://tbone.biol.sc.edu/tide/tideshow.cgi |

Here is the answer.
