We have a US non-profit organization which provides free medical
information to cancer patients. In order to research all this
information, we need to employ a research team. We can do so in a
foreign country for much less than in the US. The question we have is
how people would be paid, and for that we need to form some entity in
the foreign country to act as an employer.

We have thought of forming a foreign subsidiary company to the US
non-profit. We ar elooking for a lawyer or accountant who understands
this unique issue, to go to for advice.

I have searched the net for someone but with little luck.

Alternatively, there are plenty of US non-profit organizations who
operate abroad, and I would like to see how they do it. I suppose we
could look up their 990 filings online. I would like details of a few
such organizations, who are US based but operating abroad, to see how
they do it.

As non-profit organization, the number of employes is 20 people and
the payment depand on the job and the country.for example taking a

in Ghana will not be expensive because the MOH will support with other help.
