Im doing research on the internet backbone in Russia and
current bandwidth capabilities. In particular Im looking for answers
to the following three questions.
A)How much physical Bandwidth from outside Russia is getting into Russia. 
B)What is the bandwidth usage during various times of the days.
C)Who are the largest Backbone providers that are connected to the
global internet backbone.
