What do require for a good answer? Are you just looking for tips on
how to sell your business? Or you'd like to find the buyers
themselves?

If the pharmacy is only providing a living wage then in essence they
would be buying a job. Do they get a lease, inventory, building?  You
probably need a business appraisal done.

These sites may be of interest.  The second one from Iowa is only
tangential but your state probably has similar requirements.  The
third one is a brokerage.  But contacting them may give you some idea
about pricing.  The last one has information that you can download,
very specifically:  selling to a jr. pharmacist.
