painting or print,it says    Sir Joshua Reynolds
                 (1723-1792)english school 
           "Simplicity"(collection of Barone Alice D. Ve Rothschild)
No.139
also in the lower right corner it says Gubelman Publishing
Co.Newark,N.J.
         No.139

That is the right print,but this one is very old and says print no.
139 on the back. it also says a collection of Barone Alice D. Ve
Rothschild.Do you know anything about this?

I would take it to be a numbered (therefore probably authorised) print
of a painting in the collection of the Barone. It could also be from a
limited edition print run, but they are usually numbered 1/500  or
55/500, meaning the first or fifty-fifth of a limited run totally five
hundred.
