painting or print,it says Sir Joshua Reynolds

I would take it to be a numbered (therefore probably authorised) print of a painting in the collection of the Barone. It could also be from a limited edition print run, but they are usually numbered 1/500 or 55/500, meaning the first or fifty-fifth of a limited run totally five hundred. |
