I have look pretty hard myself, but if you can help me find a PhD
(pharmacology or something related to that) or PharmD program (FROM A
GOOD SCHOOL) that I can complete via distance learning, I would be
open to considering that as an alternative.

Hi,
I am familiar with Danish (Norwegian is my mother tounge - the
languages are very similar), and my professional background as a
veterinarian have made me used to working with pharmaceutical terms.
However, I'd like to know how that would help you in this matter, as
he form should be completed in English.
I would be pleased to provide you with any assistance in understanding
the Danish language and other peculiarities of Danish society, but it
would be helpful if you gave some more details about what kind of help
you are looking for. Is there any particular sections of the form
that causes you trouble?

Thank you for your thorough response. I am a navite English speaker,
however there are several parts of the application that are unclear to
me, in terms of converting the type of academic and laboratory
research work I have completed thus far into the Danish academic
equivalents.
My preference would be to briefly speak with you, at your convenience,
on the phone (I am happy to pay for the call) and then forward you
some of my papers and for us to complete the application together.
Given the amount of time this will take, I am happy to compensate you
on an hourly basis. Perhaps $20 per hour? I am flexbile on the rate
and open to your suggestions. I would also like to get your advice on
the Danish academic system specifically about obtaining a PhD via this
route. My understanding is that the University will award the PhD
based on previous academic work. Finally, if the application is
successfully accepted, I am willing to pay an additional one time fee
$200. Looking forward to your response.
