I want to know if it is possible to measure the vacuum in a can after it is being filled and sealed. let us say that you have a production line of cans and you constantly need to check the quality of the vacuum in the cans. does any company provide such an equipment? and at what cost? | |

Carbonated drinks - including Hedgie's beer - are under pressure in sealed cans, unless quite cold. A vacuum in the can would immediately be offset by co2 from the liquid. If the can warms or is shaken, the pressure increases. |

Aha! Thanks. I could envision something that held the can and had a suction cup that sucked onto the middle of the lid, pulling up on it and measuring lid's resistance. But I don't know if it exists. |
