What is the history of the ground upon which the golf course is now
on, on Convent Way council estate in Southall UB2? I understand it was
some kind of dumping ground.

The Local History Centre at Ealing Library covers Southall.  I suggest
you contact the archivist at the library.  It is his job to help with
questions like yours.
