Does anyone have any specific statistics on acceptance rates of people
who were waitlisted for HBS. if available by class, would be even
more helpful.

Why not ask Harvard Business School's office of admissions? They will
freely distribute this information. They keep records of all of their
admissions statistics and make them freely available to applicant's
and commonly the general public.
