It's not clear what your actual question is; but surely you don't
think you're going to get better advice on this website than from a
doctor. Judging by your knowledge of your symptoms, and your mention
of a blood test, you would seem to have consulted a doctor already -
your best course would be to follow whatever his or her advice is; or,
if you're not happy with that, seek a second opinion.

Sounds like a nice case of severe stress to me, but then I am not a
doctor, my suggestion would be to take a 2 week lay on the beach and
do absolutely nothing but read abook vacation

you have got to be kidding! what are you trying to say?
are you looking for a second opinon, seeking attention or are you
feeling sorry for yourself.
Most of your problems sound self afflicted.
Give up the smokes...give up the wine , start exercising and eat more
fruits and vegetables and start looking after yourself...no need for
self pity or anyone elses.
I don't know how old you are but I am sure you are young enough to
take an interest in life and when you do, a lot of these symptoms will
disappear.
try it!

Except to point out that with those symptoms, you seem to be dead.

Of course, I am joking.

But, there could by any number of problems involved, including
multiple ones. If you want self-help get some good books on vitamin
deficiencies, try something like the Atkins Diet (but read the 1992
book throughly before so much as trying the diet), also take
multivitamins. Many of your symptoms would indicate severely obese
and major vitamin deficiencies.

You did not tell us any meds taken, nor if you have hepatitis or AIDs.

If you are getting no help from doctors, and not into self-help (you
do sound on your last legs, there, guy) try an Osteopathic Physician
who counsels diet and vitamin supplements. DO's, contrary to bad
advice given here in the past, are also qualified to fully practice
general medicine, and in rural areas are becoming a major part of the
health care system.

Also, as you already know, you had better stop smoking, and are you
sure it's only two wines every night?

By the way, my son is in Osteopathic school, and we came back from
Mexico to visit him. He is nearing the end of his first year in
school, with five more years to go. I showed him your posting, and
asked what came to mind with all your symptoms. He read it and asked,
"is this guy serious?"

Now that everyone has been mean to you, and not helpful either, how
about an actual suggestion of what might be wrong:

You said, "Raised red clot on my arm twice . . . "

Has anyone suggested Lyme disease? What part of the country do you
live in, for starters. But there is Lyme disease in places where it
isn't actually overrunning things.

Sometimes the 'rash' that doctors MIGHT recognize if they saw it isn't
the traditional 'bullseye rash.' Sometimes it's a big red spot; quite
vivid.

Check on Lyme disease and see what you think . . .
