Is it legal to gamble online in Texas, US?
Is there any official organization to contact in such a matter to get
clarification?
If someone has inadvertedly did that..will he be prosecuted for such a thing?
I do not want to know about tax implications as I have read enough
about them..but this whole legal issue is bothering me a lot. All I
could conclude by reading online articles is that it is in "grey"
area. What does that mean?

If someone plays online for a while and realizes the law that it is
unlawful..what is he supposed to do..
a) cash out and never play again
b) report to some authorities and seek legal help

Can some one contribute their might here?
