While we cannot post contact information for private individuals here
(in a public forum), we can find the information, then tell you HOW to
find it where we did, --that way it's not posted publicly, and you can
still get it. Since the person is not in the US, that does make it
more of a challenge, but we can certainly give it a shot.

What is the person's name? How about relatives names? What else do you know?

NOTE: Don't post addresses, social security numbers, or email addresses.

understand she was married and is now Mrs. Dagma Singh and lives in
New Delhi . She would be about sixtyfive years old . Would be great if
you can find her ,even though fortysix years have gone by .

Winkie,
A request for clarification is not an "answer" that charges you the
price of the question. One reason for lack of interest could be the
minimal price, but searching for living persons in a foreign country
is often unsuccessful, and besides, a Researcher - if successful -
could only suggest how you could find the person on the web, since
posting addresses or phone numbers of private individuals is not
allowed.
