I expect the figures (of year 2005/2006) for each of the TOP 10 banks
in USA (ranking based on consumer satisfaction):
1. Total banking consumers. 
2. Percentage of online banking consumers. 
3. Percentage of mobile banking consumers
4. Approx Online fraud losses at each because of IDENTITY THEFT (Phishing), FRAUDS

Banks do their very best to hide the information asked for in #4 so
don't expect reliable data on that one.

What is the difference between "mobile" and "online" customers?
