I seek for a software developed on PHP for online ad management
services, who provides similar functionality as google ad words,
letting the advertisers to sign up, design campaing, load banners,
adjust budgets and tracks banner ads - text ads campaigns complete
online without my supervision. the software must be a "to install"
solution not a pay per volume of impressions and must run over php + 
mysql and the insertion tag to be settled in my html pages must be JS
script or php script to keep my htmls clean and fast to download
