The Dearing report into higher education has indicated that 
transferable skills should be built into the curriculum of all degrees
and the that all graduates should have at least some minimum set of 
transferable employment skills. The list of transferable skills that 
the university seeks to develop in its students is as follows: 
 
  Application of Numerical techniques 
  Communication and Literacy 
  Problem Solving  
   Independent Learning and working  
  Working with other  
 Information and communications Technology 
 
For each of the transferable skills;  
 
Reflect upon your level of competence 
Identify your strengths, giving examples to support your claims 
Indicate the areas where you have weaknesses and consequently where 
you need to devote attention in order to enhance your employability.

You say "I really want to know this answer." Since the question is
directed specifically at *you*, and deals with *your* abilities, you
are the only person in the world who can possibly "know this answer."

The best a researcher is likely to be able to do would be to give you
some pointers on how to write an essay. Would that be acceptable?
