I'm looking for typical pricing (to customers, not salaries) of five
general classes of Real Estate consultant. The consultants do planning
or strategy linked to layout and building design, portfolio of
buildings, occupancy planning, change management or any other
activities tied to corporations needing help with their physical
structures. Answers can be (1) concrete but without exact dollars (A
is typically 30% more than B or "much more" than B) or (2) actual
numbers by the hour or (3) numbers for some standardized consulting
product offering like a "portfolio plan for less than 3 million square
feet." The categories for which I need relative pricing:
1. Those part of firms with accounting roots (e.g. Deloitte)
2. "General" broadbased consultants (e.g. BCG, Bain)
3. Pure RE consultants (e.g. Nelson Strategies, Callison, Heidi Hendy,
JCM Facilities Management)
4. Those that are part of Architecture firms (HOK, IA, Gensler)
5. Those that are part of Brokerages firms (e.g. Jones Lang Lasalle,
Trammel Crow, Stauback, Cushman Wakefield)
Note that these are ALREADY in order from most expensive to least
expensive as far as I know. I need some sort of independent, concrete
confirmation.
A complete answer gives useful information across these groups, but it
can take various forms as noted above. |
