How much money does the average US citizen spend per month, or per
year on local and long distance telephone service?  Can this be
organized state by state?, if so that would be super. I am looking for
recent data (http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=115980,
this answer is from 1999, and i'm looking for something post 2003)

Part 2, how many people have signed up for VoIP at home total?
