hi i'm going to Ibiza for the first time from August 26 to 2nd
September. I need advice about the best place to stay - for
restaurants/bars/views/beaches; the best places to eat and drink at
and things to do. - Not looking for clubbing advice.

There are 12 of us going, we are all 30+ so looking for relaxation and
a 'sophisticated' holiday as opposed to clubbing, drinking, drugs etc.

We are looking to hire a villa, so any suggestions for actual
available places would be appriecated - we're looking to spend approx
4000 euros for the weeks hire.

If you want sophistication and not the rowdy nightlife than the best
place to stay in Ibiza would be the Northern part of the resort. I
highly recommend that you stay there because it is the only part of
the Island where you will find the best beaches, best views and
everything else that is away from the crowded night life of the
island. This part includes the "little resort" of Portinatx and
comprises the areas of San Juan & San Miguel. For a map of the Island
