when did "Kolo Fortuny" (Polish version of "Wheel Of Fortune") begin
and end its run on Polish TV?

Do you speak Polish at all?  If so, this Wikipedia article (which I
can't read) might help you:

Also, IMDB ( http://imdb.com/title/tt0262550/ ) lists the program as
beginning in 1972.  If that's true, I find it interesting because it
would pre-date the US version by three years (therefore, take that
date with a grain of salt and look for other confirmation).

If you speak Polish, Googling "Kolo Fortuny" brings up many sites and
perhaps you can find the answer that way.
