The third world debt crisis has been a prevalent issue in politics and
the globalization of the world for many years now, specifically since
around 1960. My concern is eliminating this debt. Speak in respects to
one case (eg. South-America or Sub-Saharan Africa) and answer: why it
will be better to cancel third world debt? Please include references
from reputable sources, scholars, encyclopedias or references with
educational merit. Thanks :)
