I think you'll find that visit to one of these establishments could set you back much more than $5.00. For that amount you'll get a reading that lasts about 2 minutes, and will leave you wanting more information. Of course that will cost more.I think you'd be surprised at the amount of money that changes hands in these small shops...believe me it's more than enough to pay the rent and then some. Fortune-telling can be a very lucrative racket. An elderly relative of mine once spent $20,000 on "psychic advice" in just two months' time. The low-dollar readings are just a gimmick to get potential marks to come through the door. |
