Im looking some information about a possible skin infection. They have
changed, so I will start from the beginning.

-infected with something unknown from an ex partner.

-My skin was very VERY itchy around my tipples and my legs, worse at night.

-I had developed brown dots on my palms and feet. They would itch, and
burst, they came and left and each lasted about a week,

-had little red blood dots under my skin,

Fatigued. (The ex had these same symptoms and was diagnosed with eczema.)

I did see he doctors they suggested it was eczema ? since there was no traces.
Second time seeing the doctor, and he suggested it was eczema ? winter itch.

-I was scratching so hard that I would bruise my legs. The itching was
much worse at night and only in my legs. However,

-I began to feel a crawling sensation in my legs and was then
convinced it was scabies.

Went to another doctor ? with the failed treatment of eczema, he
prescribed Lindane and a cream (can?t remember the name)

This treatment helped, the brown dots on my feet and palm went away
with in a few days, the itchiness stopped completely. Then?some
strange symptoms re-appeared.
The fatigued and the red blood spots are still here. But I have a
crawling sensation in my hands and my feet still, and its now on my
scalp. There is no marks on my body though, aside from the little bite
like bumps once in a while.

I was taking garlic pills which seemed to help for a few days, but it
doest last very long.
Please, if you have any idea of what this can be, or what I should do.

Doctors, as a general rule, only treat symptoms.

They try this and then they try that.

Many conditions clear up naturally but the Doctors are usually
unimaginative when Nature and stuff out of their box of tricks fail to
work.

I have absolutely no idea what to suggest but maybe someone else can.

All the Best

I think you would benefit from going back to your doctor and insisting
on a referral to a skin specialist who will diagnose your problem. It
isn't worth taking chances with your health.

(And I must confess, I don't know what "tipples" are. Do you mean 'nipples'?)

Best of luck.
