What kind of info does the social security office have about someone
--specifically job info,tax and/or tax return info,asset info
(savings,CD's stocks,real estate,jewelry,cars,boats  etc etc
etc),status of physical and mental health,driving record,criminal
record and anything else I didn't mention that you are aware of.

I doubt that the Social Security system has much information besides
the funds paid to your account, and this may not always be accurate.
Of course, if someone has applied for early pension rights on the
basis of health, the system will have that information.
