Don't know what period of time this item was actually used. The only thing I know about is that it's used by Germany. http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f41/kenneth0127/CIMG3261_resize.jpg A closer look http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f41/kenneth0127/CIMG3263_resize.jpg Another one http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f41/kenneth0127/CIMG3264_resize.jpg Here's the other webbings I got. Heard it's from Swiss army. Any one konws what time they were in used and how did they end up in military surplus store in the US? http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f41/kenneth0127/CIMG3257_resize.jpg http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f41/kenneth0127/CIMG3260_resize.jpg If you can provide any additional online reference that would be great! That 3261 I think it is, the container in the middle with the bottom in the shape of a V, sure looks like what the US army used to use for a trenching tool (digging spade). A lot of work for $2. The only answers if any will be comments, not official answers on that many items. |
