retain a balance in their PayPal purse?  What is the average value of
the balances and (if possible) what does the distribution look like? 
How does this vary across countries?

An ideal answer might look something like this:
US Merchants: Xmillion merchants.  X% of them retain a PayPal balance,
average $X.  (+ anything you can get on distribution)
US Individual customers: (same)
UK Merchants: (same)
US Individual customers: (same)
Any information about other countries would also be great!
