Hi,

I am an Indian Citizen IN the United Kingdom. I have married in the US
in the State of Kentucky. MY wife is currently in Kentucky living with her family.
I would like to know the procedure for obtaining a divorce.Assuming
that we have had lived seperately for 5 months and have had no sexual
relations for 6 months.

Is there is any obligation for me to pay any
alimony?
If i am in England how it would be enforceable?

While i
understand that it would depend on our induvidual contributions and
what we brought into the marriage. My wife was unemployed at the time
of marriage and h had no assets in her name at the time of the
marriage or even at present, other than what i have provided.
