You can write a program to parse data from google result according to
the link "://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3A.co.za+".

Auto click on "NEXT" and read all .co.za result. I think it may take 100 hours.

You could try visiting the site

http://whois.co.za/whois.shtml

There is contact information of people who have that information there.

As far as I can tell there is 252,854 thats quite a large list.
