Are you sure that you are looking for "Earnings" and not for "Earnings
per share" or P/E ratio?
I'd personally try to biuld a chart like that on my onw. It is fairly
easy and not time consuming at all.
Anyway, there are lots of graph builders (try google finance as well)
which show you the price as compared to various events. Yet,
"Earnings" are generally not used as a comparative chart indicator.
The reason is very simple: - companies announe their earnings
quarterly , whereas the price changes hourly.
Plus - there are also many other events such as dividends, stock
splits and capital changes .
Therefore, the P/E ratio would be a more suitable indicator.
You may perhaps be satisfied with graphs, containing Earnings
indicators in the chart of earnings itself.
Perhaps this will answer your need then :

You can identify Earnings as one of the "upper indicators" and the P/E
ratio - as a "lower indicator"
Quite similar is the BIGchart builder:
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/intchart/frames/frames.asp?symb=djia&time=20&freq=2
Try the following data:
Symbol: CSCO
time frame: ALL DATA, DAILY
indicators: Upper: show earnings ( will place "E" milestones on your chart )
lower1 Rolling EPS
and click DRAW CHART.
If it is still not enough, just tell me and I will create a grph like
this for you. :) |
