Aren't bars private property? How does Bushland (a.k.a. Texas) justify arrests for "public" drunkenness in bars? I haven't seen Minority Report, but seems like the same preemptive concept. |

First of all, bars are apparently not private property per se, but also "places of public accommodation". (legally speaking). Still crazy weird stuff. But in any case, it is possibly contagious: http://www.dailynews.com/news/ci_3661347 Be careful not to catch it. |
