Aren't bars private property? How does Bushland (a.k.a. Texas)
justify arrests for "public" drunkenness in bars? I haven't seen
Minority Report, but seems like the same preemptive concept.

First of all, bars are apparently not private property per se, but
also "places of public accommodation". (legally speaking).

Still crazy weird stuff.

But in any case, it is possibly contagious:

Be careful not to catch it.

I don't know, but I sure am glad that I don't live in Texas anymore. I
don't think even Kinky can save it.
