Can you provide the address, agency name for and/or any means to
contact Jerry Cultman, a private investigator who works out of the New
Orleans, Louisiana area? In June of 2001, Mr. Cultman and his retinue
were performing, in Shreveport Louisiana, surveillance work for Fay
Ahmadi  (alias for Farah Assef.)

Cultman isn't a real surname, IMHO.

I agree with the above comment. I could find no one in the US named
Cultman in any of my search tools.

Perhaps you have an alternate spelling?

The liaison between Ms. Ahmadi and Mr. Cultman was made by Reza
Bahrami.  Bahrami, a computer systems expert, located Cultman via a
Google computer search for investigators around the New Orleans area. 
A soft lead has suggested that Cultman may work for CPR
Investigations, P.O. Box 29947, New Orleans 70189.  The published
phone number for CPR Investigations is 504-254-9756.  Interestingly,
reverse look-up or this phone number retrieves the name David C. Moore
at address 1401 Michoud Blvd., NOLA 70129.

Can you assertain whether Jerry G. Wise(listed above)might be Jerry
Gualtman?  Perhaps in Iranian-English Gualtman sounds like Cultman.
