I am in the process of making an online MMOG. Part of that game would involve a store where a person may buy items. The game will also be made in such a way so as one item will be one that a player will be tempted to buy and use each day. For example, the store may sell "A Big Mac" that will heal the players health once per day, and the item can only be used once per day. This item would very cost efficent to use, making nearly all players want to buy this item each day. Right now the game is still in development (Though soon approching beta testing), though if all goes well this game is expected to have at least 500 users log in each day. I wanted to know if and how I can get money from some company for specifically making this item be their product as a form of advertisement. Seeing as this game is still unknown, I was thinking perhaps agreeing to a 'pay by number of click' deal of some sort. Also if this is possible, what kind of deal may I expect? | |

You could try sell this advertising space at AdsBay, which is a new auction site just for advertising products. It has not been running long but there is a new advertising campaign starting on 3rd April, which should see at least 500 hits a day from people that are looking to advertise in different ways. http://www.adsbay.co.uk AdsBay |
