For the period March 1-31, 2006, have there been any weather
conditions that would have prevented a motorist from driving from Palm
Springs, California to Seattle, Washington? I have been told there
were wind warnings and sandstorm warnings that made driving conditions
dangerous, but cannot seem to verify that from my minimal web
research.
