We're trying to find a Director of Research and Forecasting for The
Health Technology Center (healthtech.org), see careers for details of
the job.

We think that a person with MD qualifications, but not able to
practice here in the US (due to Board Certification) might find this
an interesting job. How do we find MDs trained overseas, able to work
in the US?

Any other ideas on how to attract people to this job... we've done the
usual things, all the job boards, alum boards, etc... it's such a
great job yet we've had fewer responses than we'd like.
