Please advise EITHER: 
1. which (Italian?) company manufactures the glass processing
machinery that can make the smooth high-quality round depression in
the middle of the glass soap dish shown here:

OR: find a (glass) factory that can make such a glass item on an OEM
basis (i.e. with my brand on it, not the factory's brand).

Notes: 
1. Allied Brass and Ginger/Masco appear to be buying the above
products from other factories that actually make it, so Allied Brass
and Ginger do not count.
2. It must be glass (not Lucite, plastic, acrylic etc.)
