An unbelievable pop-up add appears on my computer whenever I attempt to go online. It claims I entered into a three day trial period and agreed to pay for movie pass tv. I may have done so while searching on an adult website but it is set up as a scam in order to scare me into paying From $20 to $100 to "Satisfy my Contract". I cannot get rid of it!!! Help??? |

Several online sites indicate that this popup is similar to the Movieland popup discussed here: http://www.answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=439214 |

Download the software here: http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ Run & Install it During the setup, uncheck the 2 options (you dont need them) DO NOT RUN A SCAN YET!! Reboot your computer & tap F8 to run in SAFE MODE Run Ewido & do a complete system scan, delete all uneccesary files Reboot & the program should take it off! Enjoy! |

Movie Pass.tv This is what I did to stop and get rid of Movie Pass. First to stop that annoying Music. Get into Windows Task Manager (Control, alt delete) Under applications you will find Notifier running. End this task. To Get rid of Movie Pass.tv First you need to verify setup is the same as on my computer. Open windows explorer look for 2 folders, notify and fsupport. Notify folder had one file called Notify. fsupport folder had 5 files:body, Kate, notifier, readout, soundtrack2. Open Notify folder, I had 1 file called notify. Delete this file and the notify folder. Open fsupport. I had 5 files . When I double clicked on notifier I was able to start running the program. Get into Windows Task Manager (Control, alt delete) Under applications you will find mp_notifier_060330b. End this task. Go into Windows explorer. Under c:\program files\fsupport delete all files. Delete fsupport folder. This is what I did and it worked. I hope this helps. |
